What are people saying (AI review summary)? Acquaworld Swim Academy receives mixed reviews, with a majority of patrons highly satisfied. Many parents praise the academy for its clean facilities, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff, and the significant progress their children make in swimming, often overcoming fear of water quickly. Children are reported to become confident swimmers, enjoy classes, and swiftly move through skill levels. Communication with staff, including via WhatsApp, is also highlighted as a positive. However, one detailed review expresses strong dissatisfaction, citing issues with specific instructors being rude, inattentive, or 'a little rough.' This review also points out that the summer camp activities seem to overshadow swim lessons, leading to perceived mediocre instruction and a lack of supervision. Furthermore, criticisms include the restrictive policy on make-up classes (requiring a doctor's note for illness) and the inconvenience of classes only being held on weekdays for working parents.

We have been taking our son to this academy for a 30 minute class every week for 7 months now, and we are very happy with his progress. He is swimming and enjoys the classes. The place is clean, his instructor and staff have been friendly. I have recommended Acquaworld Swim Academy to friends and acquaintances.
The staff at Acqua World is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My 3 year old was swimming on his own within a few weeks and has swiftly moved up through the different levels, sharpening his skills and capability. He’s so comfortable in the water and looks forward to coming to class. I’d highly recommend this swim academy!
My son took 20 classes at Acquaworld and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it. My son had two instructors during his time here, a young guy who was okay but a little rough with kids, and the majority of his classes were with an older lady that is honestly rude and not very sweet to the kids. She is very curt and one time even put her hand up and told my mom that it wasn’t time to put my son in the pool yet even though it was exactly 3:30. Another time she spent the majority of the class talking to the instructor next to her while my son did laps back-and-forth and she stood there immersed in her conversation. I brought that up to management and they said that they would talk to her, but it just showed that she doesn’t have pride in her job. As for the business itself, it was always clean and even when they held summer camp, the bathrooms were clean for the most part. I do think the fact that they host summer camp here takes away from the actual swimming lessons and it’s as if the swimming classes are secondary to the summer camp activities since management has their hands very full with summer camp. This leaves the swim instructors, who are already mediocre, with no supervision. We also really didn’t like that the classes are only held on the weekdays, making it really difficult for working parents. Also, there are no make-up classes, so if you are going on vacation or you can’t make it for whatever reason, you lose that class which we thought was very unreasonable. They make exceptions if your child is sick, but you have to provide a doctor’s note. Every parent knows that you don’t always go to the doctor when your child is sick (mild cold, upset stomach, etc) so to have to provide a doctor’s note every time is a bit too strict. My son has taken swim classes at other places where you don’t have to provide a doctor’s note for an absence. At the end of the day, my search for a great swimming school continues. I had high hopes for Acqua World but it wasn’t what I hoped.
The best police that I can find for my son they have the patience and they are so good with kids. My soon was so scare from the pool they just take 2 class to take the scare out. They are really amazing
Wonderful summer camp for kids! I don’t live close by, 20min drive each way and I still signed up my toddler because they have an awesome swimming program for kids all ages with energetic, fun, caring coaches. My toddler is now a confident swimmer because of AcquaWorld. The coaches and office staff are so attentive, kind and communicative at all times. And any questions or comments I had, they were accessible through WhatsApp - loved it! My toddler truly enjoyed the last two weeks of summer here and I’m a happy mama. Thank you to everyone who made my toddler feel welcomed and showed him a good time at camp!
