This is the perfect spot for a short or long stay. They offer amenities and it’s clean. The concierge provides top tier service with a warm welcome and a smile. I will definitely stay here again. It’s in walking distance for essentials and restaurants. Also a perfect location to be away from the noise when you’re ready to relax and unwind. Book it!

We stayed here for 3 days and it was a wonderful vacation. I’m especially grateful that we were able to check in early after our long flight - it gave us time to rest and enjoy right away. The rooms are clean, with a beautiful view from the window. It’s quiet and peaceful, the pool is excellent, and housekeeping came every day. The location is perfect: just 2 minutes to the beach, where you get your own chair and umbrella to relax. Even though it’s on the second line from the beach, the area is calm and quiet, and restaurants are just around the corner. You can even walk to Ocean Drive. The staff deserves special thanks - everyone was very friendly and helpful. I want to personally thank Tomas, Marcos, and Ruan, who were always kind and assisted us with everything we needed. Yes, the hotel is not brand new, but it definitely matches its price, and the quality is great. For the same money, you can easily find worse options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with equally good washrooms. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our visit. The location is perfect—within walking distance to all the main spots in South Beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

I stayed at Pestana South Beach for 2 nights this week and had a truly lovely experience. The hotel has a cozy and welcoming vibe, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. The Front Office Manager Ricardo was especially kind and attentive, genuinely appreciating our feedback and doing their best to accommodate us in the best way possible. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful—they even promptly offered to carry our bags to the room, which was a nice touch. The rooms have been recently renovated and feel fresh and modern. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, and the complimentary beach chairs are definitely a plus. The breakfast, while small, was delicious and had everything we needed: eggs, muffins, cheese and ham, bagels, cereal, yogurt, and drinks. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and I’d definitely recommend Pestana South Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for experience.
