We had the most amazing stay at Soho Beach House Miami. From the moment we checked in, everything was seamless and the staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and to our surprise, we were even upgraded which made our visit extra special. The atmosphere is unbeatable – the rooms, the pool, the beach, and the restaurants are all incredible. Every interaction with the team was so genuine, and it truly felt like everyone cared about making our stay unforgettable. My husband and I had the best time and we are already looking forward to coming back very soon. So grateful for such a wonderful experience – it’s the kind of place that makes you never want to leave!

I just spent the weekend here for my aunts birthday & it truly was the best time ever!! I spoke to Ron at reservations & he was incredible & really made our weekend unforgettable!!! The whole staff at this hotel are the best! JC at the front desk, asking if we needed anything 24/7 & so helpful! The staff at the pool & beach are also the best & Nico at the bar upstairs!! The hotel is beautiful, the food is so tasty, the atmosphere!! I will never stay anywhere else in ever again!!! You won’t regret it!!!!!

Don’t stay here on a heavy period. They charge $200 if you get a stain on their sheets. This was my second stay here at the Beach House. I enjoyed my first stay so I returned. BUT… I am a member at the SoHo House. I recently have been having a lot of issues with their billing department. I have had issues with finding debits on my credit card that doesn’t match what I ordered. Today I looked at my receipt and saw a cleaning charge of $200. I didn’t know why I would have a an extra cleaning charge so I called and asked for an explanation. I was told by the front desk, that an extra cleaning charge is for smoking or having a pet in the room. I told them I don’t smoke nor do I have pet. It was just myself and my 14 year old daughter. The front desk staff put me on hold and said they would ask the cleaning manager if they perhaps made a mistake. They returned and said they found period blood stain on the sheets. My daughter has a heavy period and it got in the bed sheets, they charged me $200 for a blood stain. I won’t be returning.

Jesus. Where to start? Such a terrible experience. Rude Staff and Overpriced! We were taken to the bar by hotel staff without being told it was members-only. After spending $50 on two cocktails, the bar manager rudely kicked us out for not being members. The mistake was theirs, yet we were treated with arrogance and zero professionalism. The women at the front desk were also incredibly rude and unhelpful. Poor communication, bad attitude, and way overpriced. Definitely not coming back.

What a weekend we had. My friend Tammy who is a member at the SoHo house was able to get my friend and I to spend a whole day with her there for her birthday . We had brunch at the roof top restaurant, avocado toast was one of the best I’ve had. My friend had the shrimp tacos; also delicious. Food was so delicious, service was great! We had a cabana at the beach, 🏖️. We had a nice dinner at the Cecconis. The whole experience was amazing and we are planning on coming back soon. 10/10
