The hotel was beautiful with amazing views from the room. The rooftop pool was relaxing and the rooftop bar was a great bonus. Staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed the complimentary daily drinks. The wellness shot on Saturday morning was a thoughtful touch—such a nice way to start the day! Very short walk to the beach!

I booked a 2 bedroom suite for my daughter and a few of her friends for her 21st Birthday. Upon arrival I was told the two-bedroom suite was having some things fixed that day but we would be transferred immediately upon completion by the next day. I went down at least 4 times to check on the room transfer. The last time I went down, I was told the room was out of service indefinitely for the remainder of our stay. The guest services representative then stated that they would not charge us for any items utilized from the mini-bar. I informed him that was not acceptable and I wanted a refund as I paid for a two bedroom suite not a 1 bedroom suite. After going back and forth I was told that I would be provided with a complimentary 3 day stay anytime I was back in South Beach. Well, that never happened either. I contacted the hotel to redeem that complimentary 3 nights stay and I have yet to have my phone call returned. We were cramped up, crowded, and irritated but made the best of it at that time. However, the location of the hotel and the walking distance from the beach were absolutely phenomenal. They scammed me and didn’t refund me or accommodate me in any way. We were already prepared to buy drinks and eat out so free drinks from the mini bar surely wasn’t an accommodation. Buyer beware!

This place was amazing. The aesthetic is beautiful! Great for pictures. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the best part of the entire trip was the bartender JJ up at the pool bar. He was super friendly and his drinks were 5 star! I would definitely book here again!

Spent our morning at the rooftop pool, & JJ was AMAZING! his customer service is TOP TIER. he was so knowledgeable, personable, & provided a great experience for our group of 5! I would advise anyone staying here to come see him. 10/10 recommend.

Hotel was okay. Nice restaurant attached, would def recommend. Rooms could do with soundproofing and dusting. Would possibly stay again. Nice outside area but I think this is where I got eaten alive! Short walk to beach. Nice coffee round the block, Kobo.
