What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews overwhelmingly describe a highly positive and fun experience for a wide range of ages, from children (with some activities better suited for older kids due to height/difficulty) to adults. Customers consistently commend the staff for being awesome, friendly, kind, patient, and well-organized, providing excellent hospitality and service. While many found the activities to be an intense workout, with one hour often being sufficient to feel exhausted, some suggested two hours for a more complete experience. A significant concern was raised in one instance regarding a school group being deprioritized for ropes course equipment in favor of a corporate group, causing delays and discomfort. Despite this, the venue is highly recommended for family fun, school field trips, and group outings.

I went there with 2 of my friends mid May and we were the only 3 people there. We had so much fun. Also the staff were awesome and very friendly. Thank you so much for your hospitality and service!!

We visited recently on a school field trip with students from elementary to high school. Overall, it was a great experience — the staff was kind, patient, and well-organized. Our students had a fantastic time! One concern: during the ropes course, our third group was delayed when a corporate group arrived and was given priority access to equipment. This left some students and teachers waiting in the heat and feeling left out. This delayed our planned departure while the buses were waiting. I understand the need to honor bookings, but schoolchildren shouldn't be pushed aside to keep corporate clients happy. I, myself, opted out of doing it since the point was to enjoy the experience with my student. Still, we appreciated the staff’s efforts and hope this can be improved for future visits.

This place was awesome! I took my two boys ages 13 and 10 and my self included(30) and this was talked about the most on our trip. We did one hour which I thought wasn’t going to be enough but we were plum worn out within an hour lol. Customer service was great. We showed up 10 minutes before our appointment and only waited the remainder of the time for the rest of our attending group. There’s a brief overview of the rules of each section(how to use,how many people allowed on each at a time) so that made it easier as well as the guide being on a board in the water for the duration of our time to assist if need be. I am very surprised to not see this place recommended on the Ft. Lauderdale pages on FB. So much fun for the whole family!

Went today, staff was super nice!! We got there really last minute and we were able to go in the water as soon as we were ready. We were with our 5 yo son, he could not do everything, but he loved it anyway!! I must say, he absolutely loves to swim so it was ok for him, but maybe it would be better for older children, because of the height, it can be scary... I would suggest to go for 2 hours, because there are a lot of things to do, but it is quite a workout, I was very tired after one hour!! The beach is small, but very pretty!!
