This Swim School is the best! I have been going here since 2016 and I am never disappointed. I have three kids and now my two youngest which are four and six years old are swimming independently. The classes are a small group of four kids at a time so your child will get the attention they need which I absolutely love! The pool is always clean and warm! The prices are very reasonable and the teachers and environment are amazing. The staff is more like family and you can ask them anything and they will help you as best as they can. As a working mom of three it is sometimes hard as I may miss a class or two but as per usual there are many make up options available at both of their locations. You guys at The British Swim School Pembroke Pines are so great and continue to do your amazing work in saving lives. Thank you.

The British Swim School of Pembroke Pines has been absolutely fantastic! The instructors and staff are always professional and friendly, and the lessons have been consistently great. The facility is spotless, and I really appreciate the recent upgrades they made during the break—they’ve made a great program even better. Highly recommend!

Hand down the best swim school around! The staff is outstanding and the facility is very clean. We have been going here for years and now have our third child in swim lessons. This place is the absolute best! Highly recommended!

Do not recommend unless you have an abundance of money and patience. I've been sending my children to the British Swim School for over 4 years, but I'm incredibly disappointed with my recent experiences. The team's behavior is often childish and immature, which is concerning in a delicate environment. Due to their lack of communication, I've been over charged on MULTIPLE occasions. Every time I have contacted them about this, they have given me "credits", at one point totalling over $1,000 for both children (as they have messed up my account so frequently.) I've contacted their team on multiple occasions (4 times in the past two weeks) requesting that the owner contact me, and have had no such luck of anyone getting back to me. The lack of communication and disregard for their customers concerns has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better from a school I've trusted for so long. Will no longer be sending my children here.

I came here over 13 years ago with my son and now I’m back with my 2 year old daughter. The instructors are patient and take their time with her even when she started off very hesitant. She is now more relaxed, comfortable and making progress.
