Staff, atmosphere, room and services top notch. We found this location by happenstance. But now, we definitely will be back! Pool deck and vibe are great for locals and visitors alike. Staff is Kind, courteous. Location great too. Close to the Hardrock Casino and Dolphin Stadium.

This is a nice hotel and the location is great. Unfortunately they only offer valet parking service, no self parking option. The valet put a large red streak of paint and another scratch down the rear passenger side of my car, which I didn't notice until I got home. I immediately contacted the hotel and was asked to send an email with pictures which I did. No response. I have called the property 3 other times to follow up, still no response. I don't feel it's unreasonable to expect valet service to take care of my property especially when I have no choice. So I would tell anyone that is bringing a rental vehicle to this property to do so with great trepidation since you will be fully responsible for the damage that they cause, and they clearly don't give a damn.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Ben and Kaylee went above and beyond with their customer service—friendly, helpful, and truly dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The rooftop restaurant is absolutely amazing, both in food and atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, and overall, everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

We stayed overnight to go to a concert at Hard Rock. Our room was on the third floor facing the casino. That level has a patio that extends the length of the hotel. It was raining and when we had unpacked I went to look out and saw there was some water on the floor. I got a towel and as I was returning I that by walking on the floor water was coming up through the flooring. We figured we were only staying overnight and we'd already unpacked so, whatever. When we got back from the concert the whole floor was wet. I told one of the staff and he said "I've told the owners about this problem repeatedly and they don't care." This will eventually cause mold and destroy the ceiling below. It also caused a serious trip or slip hazard (I was thinking Morgan & Morgan!) I thought it odd that they made no offer for a discount or anything, just business as usual. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful but I encourage anyone who stays there to insist they don't stay where we did.

Everyone was very nice. The complimentary buffet was awesome, and the ladies working the breakfast was so friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. I just couldn't get the a/c lower than 74 degrees. Great experience. Thank you
