If I could give it a negative number I would! They don’t deserve even half of a star. This is the worst place to bring a child to learn how to swim. The teacher seemed pretty young and very lost. I don’t think he has experience at all. It look like he didn’t even want to be there. The way he was teaching was so depressing like he was always in a sad/bad mood always far away from us doesn’t interact with the kids at all. He’ll tell you “OK everyone hold your kid and have them kick in the water” and you’ll see each parent does it in a total different way he never corrected us. He never showed us the right way of doing it. He just stood on the side, pretty far from us, didn’t even care what was going on. We had 8 lessons, but after the 3rd lesson everyone left, I was the only one showing up to class! and to be honest the only reason I kept going is because my daughter loves being in the water and it would give her a good night sleep, otherwise I wouldn’t even waste my time being there. After the 8th session, I found out that I wasn’t the only one who complained about the teacher. Also other classes that he taught before people were complaining and the only thing they did is moving him around from group to group to teach different ages, thinking this would help, but people were still complaining. They didn’t fix the issue. They just moved it around. What kind of customer service is this?!!! Don’t waste your time! Don’t waste your money! Even though this place is really cheap and now you know why! There’s a lot of other places that are much better even if you have to pay a little bit more, trust me do not go to this place waste of time!!

I recently attended the Saturday morning Aqua Zumba class. It was soooo much fun! The instructor, Chris, was friendly, enthusiastic and motivating. The other participants were welcoming and supportive. For just $5 I’m having fun dancing with friendly people AND getting heart healthy! It jump starts my weekend!

Been going to pool since open.30 yr hollywood resident.Aware pool hours till 5. Arrived at 4p to take a quick dip informed they close at 445 not 5 which i disputed ,so they can clean up? At 445p man told he couldnt go in even quick as they were closed 4 life guards lounging in office in ac playing pn phonesonly 1 on guard usually 2. No more lounge chairs or just not brought outaside from 3 cloth under canopy with people laying on.Pool loaded with Pine needs that were not just from today .Will be addressing with city commisoner.

The pool is great. I visit many pool in broward and palm beach. Love this pool for young ones. The walk in and warmer water. What I hate is that this has the laziest bunch of guards I've ever seen. They lay and sleep on seats. The lazy attitude of having to get up and sit in the chair to guard really puts a damper in the experience. When arriving, guards couldn't even say if pool was open or not. But they do know they can sleep while getting paid. I've never ever seen lazier guards.

Based on the reviews I was skeptical of coming here. So glad I didn’t go by someone else experience and decided to make my own. The instructors are incredible. The lifeguards are friendly. I have never witnessed an instructor or a lifeguard not paying attention to the children in the pool. I’ve been going here for 3 weeks now. And we’re about to start another 2 weeks course. They are always alert and watching the pool. The Supervisor is friendly and engaging. I can’t be more impressed with what I’ve seen here. My advice to others is to always make your own experience never decide not to do something or go somewhere based on others experience or simply because they said not to. Create your own, I’m glad I did.
