Calling for 5 days now , they keep transferring me to reservation and No ONE ANSWERS OR CALLS BACK . It’s unbelievable how horrible the service is for a 5 star establishment .

I absolutely love the hotel, the spa, the restaurants and the pool cabanas. Best service ever! Delicious food and drinks. And a very relaxing atmosphere.
