I had the pleasure of experiencing the Men’s Energizing Facial with Michelle, and she was absolutely fantastic! Her expertise as an esthetician was evident, and I truly felt well cared for throughout the treatment. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Ibis and the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience at The Biltmore Spa. I will definitely be returning soon!

The massage was painful, it seemed like the therapist had no idea what she was doing. It's not that the pressure was too strong, it was just pressure on the wrong spots, pure pain. I was crying. The sauna was not hot at all, below 140. Also the sauna and the steam rooms are very small, can hold up to 4 people. The towels for the shower are very small. The shower stream was not good. They give you plastic sandals which to me is disgusting. The women in the dressing room that are suppose to help with amenities were very stressful. Talking fast and hurrying everyone. I was on the edge of crying from the minute I walked in until the minute I walked out. Waste of time and money.

The Biltmore Spa is pure perfection! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and luxurious, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. I had the most amazing experience at the spa! The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a VIP.
