I have made a few purchases from there and highly recommend the store. Edwin and Juan, the owners, treat you like family. They and the rest of the staff were very attentive to our spa needs. Their pricing is extremely competitive and beat most competitors, also the customer service is great. They will not leave you hanging out to dry after your purchase.

Not really the place to expect any follow up regarding your hut tub advice once you finish your transaction. I just purchase 2 and I would not bother again for the other 2 I have left to purchase. Note: Delivery Team was awesome and extremely punctual and professional. I would hire them if I could to transport my purchases in another place. Good luck.

Went to a home show where I saw the spa I liked. In about 15 minutes paperwork was finished. This was a Sunday and by Wednesday we had out hot tub delivered and installed. Engineer from company came to also explain how the spa works. I called owner for something they forgot and same day he had the guy out there to replace it. Easy financing options with 18 months with no interest.

I am doing this review 3 months after my hot tub purchase. I got it at the Pembroke Pines convention center after dealing with Edwin. He is the shop owner. I have a nice Carl spa that use a new chemical technology. Edwin and his associates all are very nice. They explains all the details you need. The spa gets delivery to your patio, store helps with first set up. All first chemical were included on the purchase. Edwin came to my house himself to explain me again the set up for this new technology to make sure everything was ok. I am very happy with this store, his owner and associates for all the help, details and professionalism shown during my purchase. I highly recommend this store for your spa, bbq, pool purchase. Every person experience could be different, but in my case I am really happy. Good luck with your purchase!
