Hello! I called and William came out the same date to give me an estimate. He was professional and quick. Answered all my questions. They were organized and clean during installation of my patio enclosure. This was an amazing experience to them and now I can enjoy my outside area! If you need someone reliable, professional and friendly I would recommend the screen factory. These guys are truly an example to follow, young and most professional company I have worked with.

Extremely friendly and professional company, the owners are super nice and make sure you get all the information needed. Prices are truly fair and the work quality is great. I needed my pool enclosure to to be able to enjoy the Florida summers without the mosquitoes. 100% recommend if you are looking for a good upgrade for your home

Fair prices, great communication I needed to replace a few panels of my enclosure, they replaced them and also helped me with a paint job. These guys are truly professional and do an amazing job

Daniel came out and looked over what I wanted to do. He gave me some good suggestions. He promised me a bid by days end. I was looking forward to view the cost. I never received his bid. On Monday I sent him a text asking for the bid. He didn’t answer me. I sent one more text and he replied he was heading for his office and would send out the bid. Well, he completely ghosted me. No bid. No apology, nothing. He just wasted both of our time. Don’t be surprised if you don’t receive your bid from Daniel!
