Completely awful customer service, when you sign up for swim classes and are constantly cancelled due to the weather there is no way to get a refund or re-schedule for a future date. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and not trying to be helpful whatsoever. It’s sad that when you choose a community pool and something that is part of being a pines resident instead of going the private business route this is the type of treatment you receive. I asked her if I would have to continue to get ready for swim class and wait 15 mins before class to get a call regarding the class being cancelled for the rest of the time I have my child signed up and all she said was “yup!” Nothing else. I would not recommend swim classes with these people at all. Last note, just know when they call to cancel your class the swim instructor calls from their private cell phone number (a 305 #) and do not leave a message to cancel the class, so if you happen to screen your calls you won’t know class is cancelled until you get there 🙄

Left Miami for crowded Pembroke Pines overcrowded folks park wherever you can't get through to drop of elderly…blocked fire lanes what a mess meanwhile there’s another parking lot across field!!! No law ! They even put their chairs ON THE exercise pathway and block walkers!!! stay clear on afternoons!!

Had my baby shower at this location and I’m so glad I did!! The location is amazing, staff was helpful, the kitchen was so a plus, the ice machine save us money, the table and chairs needed to be updated which is why they get 4 stars instead of 5
