Staff was rude and unclear from the height requirements. After paying I’m told my daughter is too tall for the small water slide. And too short for the bigger slides. Management was not there on the weekend and no refund was available because im told it’s done on the computer. 1/5 don’t recommend only thing kids can play in the pool. Not what we came here and paid for.

Victory Pool as always clean, and very professional lifeguards. Shot out to the lifeguard in the kiddie pool. Jeremiah and Sterling I truly appreciate them keeping the kiddos safe. Keep up the good work.

Terrible experience with the staff here. Today, a young man actually yelled at my 2-year-old — who can barely walk — for supposedly “running.” The place is filled with unnecessary rules, and the staff seems more focused on enforcing them than allowing kids to enjoy themselves. Constantly shouting at children over things that make no real sense just kills the joy for everyone.

The water here is very wet. More so than other pools in North Miami that are not so wet. My favorite park to just get totally soaked. Enjoy
