My son loves British Swim School. We have tried other school classes and this is the best. He loves the classes, his teacher, and the curriculum. He has learned so much! I love the customer service and the cost. I highly recommend British Swim School!

I would not recommend this location. For people who are interested in enrolling swimming class. British swim class is a good chain for adult but each location is contracted separately: they all own by different people therefore not connected to each other. The Springfield location is horrible in terms of the owner does not honor their policy online and they lie and bully you into what they want than the facts listed on their website. I have to switch location because I moved, and I have emailed, called multiple times to give me notices. The owner pretended not seeing any of that and continue to charge me. After I called my credit card company to dispute the charge, they won’t let me attend the classes that I have left and paid for. I was not allowed to reschedule or even go to the class of the month that I paid. This owner will say lies to bully you into continue paying. I am a bit sad coz the instructors are very nice and I will miss them. But the owner was a true bully and it was a horrible and frustrating experience with being told different things on the phone and being gaslighted for the policy they listed online. Just go to a different location!

I would not recommend this at all. The place is not kids friendly. You share the pool with gym users, and the only place you can change your kids' clothes with privacy is a very small tent at the side of the pool. The first class was cancelled at 10pm the night before, and for the 2nd class, my daughter was the only participant. When asked about the others, supposedly both skipped the class, but on the student portal still shows 1 enrolled person for that class. There are much better options, and not more expensive, on very close distance. The photos showing the place, don't match with the actual place.

This place is good for swimmers .My son got in to this concern before a year and got to go to swim team level . So I would recommend the place for people for the best to reach places.
