We couldn’t be more happy with our experience with Pool Patrol. Mike and Dianne were a pleasure to work with, truly the nicest people. Mike is extremely experienced and skilled in this line of work. Our existing pool needed ALOT of work; repairing the bottom, pressure tests, new liner, filters, pump, and salt conversion. Mike was always on time, kept in contact, answered all questions and really put our minds at ease. Him and his team did exceptional work, everything turned out more beautiful then we could have even imagined. Our dream pool became a reality thanks to Pool Patrol and grateful is an understatement.

It was such a pleasure working with Pool Patrol. Dianne was super responsive to our inquiry and quickly answered our follow up questions. She got us on the schedule with very little wait time - which we really appreciated. Mike and Brian came to replace our heater, filter and pump and opened our pool for the season. We’re new homeowners and with a pool to boot. So Mike gave us a tutorial on the entire system and made himself available for any questions we had after - we’ve had quite a few already. Sorry Mike! We’re are very happy and would highly recommend Pool Patrol! They had the best pricing and their service is top notch.

We had a great experience with Mike and his team at Pool Patrol. We asked them for help with two projects. First, our new pool (installed by a guy from Pennsylvania) kept having problems with its brand new heater. We use our lap pool throughout the winter so having the heater working reliably and well is essential. Mike was relentless in diagnosing the problem and working with the manufacturer and since we got him involved it's been working like a charm. Second, we purchased a dome to cover our pool (again, since we swim in the winter) and asked Mike and his team to install it. This was a massive job (especially since our pool is large, 25 yards long for lap swimming; see attached picture). The heavy fabric of the dome itself weighted 500lbs. It had to be secured to our concrete deck with more than 100 drilled anchor bolts. It had its own inflation system, and its own heating system for the inside air which had to tap into the plumbing of the pool. I am handy but no way I could have done this myself. The kit came from California without instructions but because Mike and his team had such vast experience with all aspects of pools they were able to speak with the manufacturer and figure out what needed to be done. And they did this outdoor job during the coldest days of this past winter, which has been very hard. I was lucky to find Mike because I called several pool guys for help and it turns out that most of them pretty much shut down during the winter. Throughout our job Mike and his team were cheerful, reliable, and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend Pool Patrol for any job.

Pool Patrol is great! I just got my pool this year, and had many questions. Mike and Brian are always very helpful, and Amber is great in the office. Highly recommend them!
