This company is really over-priced and will nickel and dime the customer on every aspect of their service. Last year, my parents hired them to winterize their small in-ground pool, and they agreed to have Town & Country open it for them in the spring. My parents believed the $600 fee would cover services for closing and opening, but when they got the bill, it was double that amount! Worse yet, they've had a slow leak in their pool all this summer, a problem that was not there before Town and Country winterized their pool. We know now from comparing prices with other companies that they overpaid by $600 and ended up with a pool-leak issue. We totally regret hiring Town and Country and recommend that others avoid dealing with them as well!
