What are people saying (AI review summary)? Morris Township's community pools, especially Streeter Pool, are highly regarded as a newly renovated, family-friendly destination. Patrons praise the clean facilities, great staff, and amenities such as EV charging, splash pads, shallow ends, an on-site park, picnic areas, diving boards, a water slide, and in-water seating. Regular food and ice cream trucks enhance the experience. While generally positive, common suggestions for improvement include better management and monitoring of lap lanes (e.g., implementing time limits and preventing non-lap swimmers from monopolizing them), adding more recliners, ensuring bathrooms are consistently stocked with soap, and clearly listing adult swim times.

Our family loves the Morris Township community pools! This is our Streeter Pool Review! One of the perks is the convenience of electric vehicle parking and charging stations, such a thoughtful addition. The pools themselves are perfect for families, with splash pads and shallow ends in the larger pools that are safe for younger kids, and plenty of space to enjoy the water. We especially appreciate the splash pad area, which has two picnic tables under awnings, it’s a great spot for kids to play while parents can relax. Another bonus is the park located within the pool area, making it easy to mix up the day with swimming, playing, and picnicking all in one place. I personally like that you can bring your own chairs and spread out on the grass areas. It really makes for a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere and a fun day out for everyone. Highly recommend for families looking for a welcoming, well-thought-out community pool experience!
I loved my experience here, the pool was clean (a kid pooed and the quarantined the area) but we had a good time and there's nice areas to eat, you can bring food and sit in the sun, bathrooms were clean though soap was empty which is kind of gross. But we will return
I love this pool. It's beautiful and the staff are great. I only take one star off because of the lanes. They don't limit the time and you can wait 45 minutes to do 10 laps while people swim a slow lap, take a 3 minute break, swim a slow lap, 3 minute break for 30 plus minutes. I'd understand if this was an older person but older people do their laps and exit the pool. Maybe the swimmers could be more considerate but since, generally speaking, they're unaware, having the pool set a time limit during the busiest hours seems a practical way to have everyone enjoy the lanes.
Newly renovated Morris TWP public pool. Memberships open to all. $100-$400 per year costs. Wonderful pool with great lifeguard staff. With regular visits by a Spanish food truck & a great ice cream truck. New baby pool and adult pool with gradual walk-in entry in 2 locations. Low & high (9') diving boards and a 30' long water slide. Long sitting areas in the pool with umbrellas 15' out in the water!
The pool needs more recliners, don't forget all the adult swim you list and please start monitoring the lap lanes. Do parents really need to take their toddlers with swimmies in there or can they use the 4 ft area? Does a 6 year old really need to jump in and out for 20 minutes but never use the lane? I'm all for kids having fun and there are plenty of areas where they can do that.
