The salesman Matt was awesome, extremely well versed in his trade and very friendly. Bought the hot tub and it was delivered the next day. The delivery crew was great and explained everything we needed to know to get up and running. Can't recommend this company enough. The product quality is head and shoulders above anything else we have seen wile shopping for a hot tub. Just a great experience all around.

Fantastic customer service throughout the entire process from the first time we looked at the hot tubs all the way through to purchase, delivery and setup. The sales and delivery guys were courteous and very professional. Each explained everything very thoroughly during the buying and the setup/install phases. We looked for a few years at different hot tub dealers and kept coming back to Bull Frog because their products seemed to give more customization to our wants and needs, but also because their sales team were not pushy, but allowed us the space to look and guided us through which jet packs we'd want for long term use. Certainly happy we followed through with Bull Frog. Would recommend!

Just Purchased a X7l from bullfrog spas. The salesman Dan Frazier was terrific .He spent alot of time explaining the difference in these Spas.Great person to work with . If u are looking for a Spa be sure to check out this store. AA+ u wont be disapointed.
