This hotel has the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. They refused to honor my cancelation despite having the text message of the room being cancelled. Do not make any reservations here unless it is your last resort and you are for sure pulling into the hotel. I assume the rooms are as poor quality as the management.

We booked a specific room with a jacuzzi over a month in advance. Confirmed this specific room at time of booking and payment. Day of check-in had to wait over 20 minutes for clerk to come to front desk. He then proceeded to tell us we had only booked a “standard room”. Not the jacuzzi tub room. Then told us we were in luck and could still get jacuzzi room for an additional $100 when I told him know he tried to negotiate with me and was willing to lower the price to $50 extra if I paid cash. Basically he was trying to scam us. So we took our basic room (which was still decent) as our only option, because we didn’t want to argue with him all night.

Reserved a king and when we got here all they had were double rooms. No light bulbs in lamps. We were here with friends for an event or we would have chosen another hotel. So not worth it.

Worst. Customer. Service. EVER. 45 minutes on the phone, they STILL can't get the date right. OKC....... 45 minutes.... ZERO ENGLISH. Worst hotel EVER!
