I love it here. I brought my church group here and was treated very nice by the people up front. The lifeguards were very helpful and were very attentive. We all felt very safe and at home. They did a wonderful job making this a family atmosphere. The only advice I would give is more seating. Besides that, we will definitely be back.
This is a public pool lol. That being said, I am rating it for what it is. They could use more seating but other than that, it’s pretty decent. There is a deep end for the diving boards, a main pool area that is sectioned into different depths, a splash pad area, and 2 water slides. I have been observing the lifeguards every time I bring my kids and I can honestly say they are very attentive. Prices are decent (I got the family pass for $1forty5). I will include the pool hours in case anyone else had a hard time finding them like I did.
Customer service.....specifically the woman working the front of Will Rogers Water Park, in the early afternoons during summer 2025...has been incredibly disrespectful and condescending. I’ve never encountered someone so unprofessional, especially in front of children. On one occasion, I walked up and politely said, “Hello, how are you? We need tickets for 1 adult and 3 children.” She immediately raised her voice and snapped, “WE AIN’T OPEN ‘TIL ONE O’CLOCK,” while rolling her eyes and speaking loudly in front of other guests. Another time, I simply told her I was dropping off a floaty for my child attending camp, and again, she snapped at me. It’s upsetting to be spoken to this way, especially in front of kids who later ask me why she acts so angry. I can’t help but feel there's an underlying bias, as I’ve personally witnessed her interact very sweetly with others of her same race, while treating me completely differently. OKC Parks and Recreation needs to address this behavior. If it continues, I’ll have no choice but to publicly share my experience.
Says it's open ,but we load the family up and drive all the way there and it's closed .wtf!!
Standing in water is pretty fun, got the best team of Lifeguards, and they seem to have jokes, of course my time will be fun, also more speakers would be nice so the music can be louder on the far side of the pool and thanks everybody. Obviously I'll be back, The Best
