Wow! Whats not to love 💗 Everything at one address. Kind, thoughtful, awareness of meeting customer needs. There were a lot of people at the Vault conference, with daily changing needs at scale. Especially security. Thank you for taking such fantastic care of us!

The Gaylord Palm Waterpark is a great escape - while a bit pricey (expect to spend about %50 more than usual for food and sundries) the atmosphere is fantastic and staff is courteous a d helpful. The entire place is like a miniature city. Kevin - the Flowrider instructor - is fantastic with adults and kids alike - he had my family riding the wave in no time - give the man a raise!

For hotel pool this is pretty amazing. There are 6 water sides that’s nicely design. Wave pool I looks fun but need advance appointment. It all booked when we try to go. Plenty of seating by the shade and super safe for the kids. Water looks clean. Water slide is pretty scary for me. It feels fast and long. But super fun. South beach pool is for adult and has bar and restaurant next to it. For our family that doesn’t want to take kids to Disney park, because it’s over stimulation. This is perfect amount of the fun in a quieter setting.
