I had a good stay! Close to lots of amenities and fun activities in Kissimmee. Room had what you need. I would recommend it. 4 stars due to room cleanness when moved in, bare floors appeared not to have been cleaned from previous stay! No late night noise control.
This was our first time staying at a Margaritaville Resort Hotel, and overall, the visit had some enjoyable aspects. The pool area was great, and the location offered convenient access to a number of activities within walking distance, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues during our stay that impacted our overall experience. First, we were downgraded from the room we originally booked months in advance. We had reserved a King room, but upon arrival, we were informed that none were available and were placed in a room with two queen beds instead—without any price adjustment. This was disappointing, especially given how early we had booked. We also experienced repeated disruptions from housekeeping. On multiple mornings, staff knocked on our door well before 10 a.m.—once even before 9 a.m.—despite our scheduled checkout still being days away. Even after we used the "Do Not Disturb" feature and informed the front desk, housekeeping continued to knock and ask if we were checking out. It felt like there was a breakdown in communication between departments. While we did receive an $80 credit as a gesture for the inconvenience, it didn’t fully address the room downgrade or the repeated disturbances. Lastly, on our final day, we noticed several ants in the bathroom sink, which was an unfortunate way to end the trip. We genuinely wanted to enjoy our time here and had high hopes for our stay. While we appreciated some aspects of the resort, the issues we encountered—particularly considering the price—left us feeling a bit disappointed. We hope that this feedback can be used constructively to help improve the guest experience going forward.
If you’re looking for a bartender who makes you feel like the most important guest in the room, ask for Brian at Euphoria. From the moment we sat down, he greeted us with a warm smile and kept the energy fun and welcoming all night long. Not only does he mix drinks perfectly (seriously, best cocktails we’ve had in a while), but he also takes the time to get to know his guests and make sure everyone is having a great time. And he tells the best stories! Jumped right in and joined in the fun with us! Brian has that rare combination of professionalism and personality-he’s quick, attentive, and always ready with a great recommendation or a friendly laugh. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience. The atmosphere at Euphoria is already amazing, but Brian takes it to the next level. Highly recommend stopping in and asking for him by name-you won’t be disappointed! He’s the best!!
Just stayed the weekend here. Pros and Cons…. Pros: Staff. Major shout outs to Raphael Mariana..(needs to be in Management. Training… She is Fantastic! Hope you read this Raphael… who also needs to move up) Jacob, Mauricio, T, Max, Austin and everyone else! Great customer service and support. It was a special weekend and they made it that much better… The common areas are immaculate and are constantly being cleaned. Water park admission is free and it’s a blast. Food drink all fantastic.Bathroom supplies /Shower products are awesome. Cons: housekeeping in the rooms. Not so great. They ‘tidy up’ but failed to restock coffee, creamer and supplies. Also I didn’t have a robe and they sent one up right away but the housekeeper took it back. Floors have several spots where the flooring is cracked and or missing. It’s warmer than it should be in hallways and elevator areas. And Finally unfortunately price. If you’re gonna stay here bring your wallet. I’ve been to several Margaritavilles and this one is definitely the most expensive. I know it Orlando Area but……
My family held our annual family reunion in Orlando over 200 family members, we traveled from Pittsburgh stayed at the villa's for a week. We had an Awesome time in fellowship with family from everywhere, thoroughly enjoyed Orlando and all the amenities. Unfortunately we had experience's at our villa that needed attention, Margaritaville Resort Management did properly address those concerns. However there was an issue that took longer than we felt was reasonable. I recently made a follow up phone call and spoke with Margaritaville Customer Service representative Torrie, she was pleasant, professional and proficient. Torrie made me feel like it was "her" pleasure to help me, and she did. Torrie is the reason for the 5th Stars. Best regards, Anthony
