Hello there, I just have to say how a wonderful experience my family and I had this weekend. I had a few minor issues but it wasn't a big deal. The maintenance crew was on Point Joantonio, Juan and Alejandro from different shifts. They arrived immediately as soon as I called front desk to report anything. The front desk employees are so attentive and professional. Eran, Elizabeth, Max and Aaron are the best. Shout out to them. They are so kind and very helpful. Beautiful home! The home I stayed in Minton was comfortable and felt like I was home. All of my guests were excited and saying they will be booking there next stay here at Encore Resort. I stayed from April 10 to the 13 and I will be a returning guest. Thanks again! Five stars from me and my guest.

Please don't rent unit 112 Bldg 3 Cleanliness: The house was not clean upon arrival, with dog treats under the glass table, filthy doors and walls, and an overall appearance that suggested it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. * Appliances/Amenities: The refrigerator was not getting cold, forcing me to consider purchasing coolers for our food. The linen and towels reeked of mildew. * Host Communication: While responsive, the host was dismissive and passive. Her initial response to my complaints was to offer a checkout, and she seemed unwilling to address the fridge issue, even implying that I might have left it open * Overall Impression: I've had previous positive experiences with vacation rentals in Florida and found this one to be a significant negative outlier, giving it "two thumbs down. It's clear that the lack of basic cleanliness and the host's unhelpful attitude significantly detracted me from my vacation and celebrating my mother's 67th birthday. I will not rent from host Renata every again.

Staff gave us no prior notification that check-in is unavailable from 8-10 PM (bc they are short staffed at this cash-rich property). They left me a voicemail about it as I was on the plane landing at 7:30 with no chance to get there before 8. The manager refused to provide the door code for our unit, making my two kids under 4 stay up in the car until 10 PM to check in. Manager onsite refused to take fault, refused to connect me to his superiors and continues to claim this was fine to do on his part. I will never stay here again. Stay at Reunion instead. At the very least they understand what customer service looks like.
