They say they are open 24 hours, they are not. Then they say they open at 4AM. They do, sometimes, if the employee wakes up to come in. I drive 20 minutes to get there at 5, it’s not open. I wait till 5:30, employee still hasn’t woke up. Be an ok gym if they’d open the damn doors or kept regular hours, which they don’t. My membership expires next month I won’t renew my membership.

Love this gym! My boyfriend and I stopped in a few times before finally committing, and each time Frank was genuinely friendly and professional. From our first visit, he gave us clear membership pricing and offered a tour—no pressure, no hovering. When we were finally ready to join months later, he honored the original price he quoted us. One of the best parts: no credit cards or banking info required, and no hidden fees—what you see is what you pay. The gym’s layout may not be for everyone, but I personally love it. It's spread over multiple levels with different rooms for various workouts, giving each space its own vibe and added privacy. You’ll find free weights, racquetball courts, stretching areas, machines, cardio equipment, tanning, a pool, hot tub, sauna, and even child care. The unique setup is one of the main reasons I chose this gym—I’m not a fan of the typical open-concept gym. They also stay open until midnight on weekdays, which is perfect for my schedule as a mom of three, and working two jobs. On top of all that, I was thrilled to add a year of unlimited tanning—because living in Florida doesn’t mean I actually get time to enjoy the sun!

Great Gym, just visiting down the street and day pass was 10.00. It had everything I could ever need or want. Had 30 minutes all by myself. Reminded me of old school gyms in the 80's all metal plates, bars not lubed so weights were harder to slide on rack but this is what I like, true gym feel. They had all the machines you could ever need, multiple levels, had one of my best leg workouts in a long time. I'll be coming back again for sure thank you.

This is by far the best gym in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, the equipment is on multiple levels, so it never gets too crowded, and the people who work out there are considerate and always rerack their weights. The sauna and pool area is always kept clean, with the gym having an altogether safe and welcoming vibe.

Bought the one year membership for my wife and I to mostly use the pool but it honestly doesn't seem worth it. We've come so many times to realize there's a swim class inside so we can't use the pool. It would be ok if there was only 2 or 3 classes but they are everyday and at different times and it's easy to forget those times or just get them mixed up. More open pool time would be nice!
