⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our third year staying at The Grove Resort & Water Park, and once again, they absolutely went above and beyond — especially for my daughter’s birthday! We were surprised with beautiful birthday decor by Maria, which made the celebration extra special. Every detail was thoughtful and perfect — they truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. The water park never disappoints — the pool was amazing as always, and the surfing experience was a blast! The bar serves delicious drinks (highly recommend!), and when we needed extra blankets late at night, room service delivered them promptly without any hassle. The Grove continues to be our go-to spot year after year, and we can’t wait to come back again. Thank you to the entire team for making this stay so memorable! 🌟🎉💙
Visited from Canada and stayed for 5 nights. LIAM the front desk attendant at The Terraces building is an absolute gem. He is so friendly, so helpful, kind, and SO respectful! He deserves a raise or maybe even a promotion:) The pools and the waterpark are awesome… such a relaxing atmosphere and it’s very convenient having a shuttle that takes you from different parts of the resort. It was also very convenient getting a free ride to and from 3 of the main theme parks in this city. Not sure what’s with all the negative reviews I’ve read on here but for my family… we absolutely loved our stay here and we can’t wait to come back! 10/10 highly recommend! All the staff that we have spoken to were super friendly and helpful!
My stay at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando was nothing short of amazing! The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and full of fun activities for all ages, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible service from Alex Cotto. From the moment we arrived, Alex went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine attention to detail stood out in the best way. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to making guests feel comfortable and valued. Because of Alex and the wonderful atmosphere at The Grove, I can confidently say this was one of the best resort stays I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to family and friends!
The Grove was everything I could have asked for and more! The aesthetic is perfect—the vibes, the location, the cleanliness, and the customer service were all top-tier. The pictures honestly do it no justice, because it’s even better in person! One of my favorite parts was being able to take advantage of the free water park such a huge bonus. On top of that, there are several pools spread around the resort, so you’re never short of options. The best part? You don’t even have to leave the resort to have an amazing time. Also, the condo is huge! Plenty of space. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
The Grove is why AirBnB exists. Aside from the close proximity to Disney and value for room size, this property met none of my expectations. Our room smelled terrible, like a mix of wet dog and urine. There was pretty clear evidence that a dog had been in the room, with plenty of visible teeth marks on everything from the coffee table to the toilet flusher (see photos). And while the unit itself was huge, it lacked the most basic of amenities. There were no bath mats, so we had to use towels to keep our kids from slipping on the wet tiles. There were no hand towels. There was not a single oven-safe pot, pan or dish. No frying pans. No extra garbage bags. The knob on the dryer was missing, so we had to switch the washer knob back and forth while doing laundry. There was a dried blood stain on the sheets that seemed to have intentionally been covered up by the pillows to conceal it. We called guest services to ask for many of these things and were told housekeeping *might* be able to help and they’d drop the items off if possible. They never showed up. There is no lifeguard at the pools, which apparently translated to no staff at all. When we showed up around dinner time, it was littered with empty bottles, spilled food and abandoned snack wrappers. The pool itself felt badly in need of a general refresh. These sentiments are not new and since staying at the resort, I’ve seen many other guests report similar complaints. Management responds saying how out of character their experience was, promises to remedy the situation, and invites them to return. But, it doesn’t seem like they are making any effort to follow through on those promises. So, do not book this place expecting a “high end” resort or any semblance of a usable kitchen. It’s a budget option at best, and one we’d never stay at again, or recommend to others.
