The facility generally maintains its pools at specific temperatures for user comfort and activity suitability. The lap pool is typically kept between 79-81°F (26-27°C) for optimal swimming and training, while the recreation/leisure pool is usually warmer, ranging from 82-84°F (28-29°C), to accommodate families and swim lessons.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews are mixed, highlighting both positive and negative experiences. Positive feedback includes a great experience with parent/child water classes, clean locker rooms, a welcoming atmosphere despite being busy, and a good spot for lap swimming, though some wish for more lap swim hours. However, significant negative feedback points to issues with incorrect online hours leading to frustration and wasted effort for families, and a general perception that the facility has declined in management and quality, with some reviewers describing it as a 'dump' and suggesting older positive reviews are no longer representative.

Brought our 9 month old for parent and child water classes. We had a really good experience! We looked forward to every class. We definitely would like to bring her back to continue.
I’m so disappointed. We were really looking forward to a pool day with our toddler. We planned ahead, packed up everything (which any parent knows is no small feat), and biked over because we were excited you had bike parking. Everyone was in their swimsuits, excited and ready to go, only to be told when we walked in that the hours online were wrong and the pool was actually closed. It was such a letdown after all the effort to get there, and it honestly ruined the day. Please update your hours so other families don’t have to go through this. It would make a huge difference.
Pretty clean locker rooms. No frill pool with lots of plastic patio like chairs for guests watching practice. Was very busy every time I've been, but everybody was kind and welcoming.
I love swimming here. I wish there was more lap swim hours but it's a good spot to get some laps in and usually not too busy.
Unfortunately the place has really gone down hill- used to be a great local benefit but as the other comments confirm it’s become a poorly managed dump. Maybe it’s the economy and Bidenomics, but it’s sad to see it become a 3rd world facility. They need some serious fundraising!Notice all the positive comments are super old!? That says it all…
