Great swim school that provides a positive environment for growth. The manager, Ruth, truly make Five Star Cherry Hill shine bright. She sets the right tone from the top. The instructors are also amazing. Each of the instructors goes above and beyond which makes me feel comfortable in trusting them with my son. There are a lot of swim schools in the area, but it’s the small differences that make all the difference in Five Star. Will definitely continue with Five Star and would recommend them to others.

Update 3/17/22: ( 1 Star) My son's favorite instructor, Miss Melissa, is no longer there but the other instructors are also amazing. However it's under new general management (Beth) and there are several changes with poor customer service. The temperature of the pool is not always as advertised. When I brought it to Beth's attention, she gaslit me. I tried speaking with the owner and he brushed me off as if he's too busy to handle customer complaints. I am not happy with the customer service any longer; so, we're leaving the company and going elsewhere. The one star rating is for the instructors. ORIGINAL POST: My 3 year old attends weekly swim lessons. He is learning quickly through excellent instruction and encouragement from knowledgeable and friendly swim instructors. He looks forward to coming each week. He doesn't stop reminding me when there's class. I couldn't have made a better choice with this company. (5 Stars)

Five Star has great people and great programs! The homeschool swim is a fun time that keeps kids swimming in the winter and fosters interaction between homeschool families. The relaxed weekly opportunity to get in the pool is the reason my son learned to swim. Plus we have made long term friends as a result of Five Star. The play area is a great extra. We definitely recommend!

Our boy is thriving here. The ratio of instructor to students is perfect, and he’s really growing his confidence in the water. The admin/sign up process is easy and they’re very responsive. Seamless and easy experience. Just wish they had one in Philly!
