I went to Neshaminy pool , I checked the website there said they open at 11 am but they open at noon so my family and I waited 1h. My son is autistic he has low tolerance to the heat, We were at the door paying to get in when my son started to fade, and pass out because it was too hot, I asked to use the bathroom, which it is right next to the front door, they pushed my son away from the front door, and they didn't let him use the bathroom. I'm wondering how much kindness costs... Ops.. priceless!!!! So I carried my 12y on my arms to the car and drove back home.
I visited last year and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The pool area had a strong, unpleasant odor, which made it difficult to enjoy. Additionally, the bathrooms were not well-maintained—they didn’t have any soap available, which was especially concerning given the visible COVID-19 signage encouraging guests to wash their hands and help prevent the spread of germs. I genuinely hope things have improved this year, as the location has potential. Proper cleanliness and basic hygiene measures would make a big difference in the overall guest experience.
Last time I was at Neshaminy Park I was a little girl. The pool now is redone and so nice. They have two water slides and all different feet levels of the pool divided out. Also they have a whole section of sprinklers for kids. You can buy lunch and drinks at their small food court. It was a really nice day there with my kids. My kids had a great time. Everyone got along and enjoyed their self. We will definitely be coming back soon before the summer is over.
Had a good time and was clean around the pool and kid sprinklers and attentive to the kids . My only complaint and reason for rating is because I paid $5 for a life vest for my 3 year old and they gave her one and strapped her up and notice my babygirl complain about pain on her thighs close to her lady part after a few minutes so we left the pool and changed her and noticed she had a really bad rash/burn from the bottom strap that goes under and it’s been about a week now and she is still having pain and still has the rash in which I’m still treating for. She even complain when she walks because it rubs against her clothing and stuff . I will be bringing her own . So for the parents please be careful and check to make sure the babies are okay and the straps aren’t uncomfortable or hurting them.
Place is awesome but the bathroom is gross as hell, you think they keep on it while park is open like every two hours ! But damn it’s dirty and stinky !
