I really liked the way the classes are conducted and the responsiveness of the instructors and all the staff at all the times. Instructors are stick to the lesson in the 30 mins window and concentrate only on learning which is good. The way of tracking the progress each kid learning is very nice. Really appreciate all the efforts made by the goldfish and maintaining consistency. I hope there will not be any dip in there. Also, I felt swim lanes are shorter in length, but I think that should be fine for learning.

I would absolutely rate Goldfish Swim at Oakes a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to other families. Both of my daughters, Millie and Alice, have had an extremely positive experience. Their swim instructors are not only skilled but also kind, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s progress. Since starting lessons, both girls have made incredible strides in their swimming abilities — truly improving by leaps and bounds. The staff as a whole is exceptional — always responsive, supportive, and flexible. Whether it’s switching class times or addressing any concerns, they go above and beyond to accommodate our needs with professionalism and warmth.

We have been going to Goldfish since our daughter was almost 2. She has always been timid of the water but every teacher has been patient with her as they continue to reinforce water safety. She is 5yo old now and recently has made huge strides in her confidence which has resulted in incredible progress in her swimming. Mr. Joe was instrumental in building her confidence through the right balance of pushing her outside her comfort zone and fun. We are so appreciative and look forward to her continuing to become a strong swimmer.
