I highly recommend KIDS first swim school for anyone looking to enroll their child in swimming lessons. My son has been attending classes here, and we’ve seen tremendous improvement not only in his swimming skills but also in his confidence. The instructors are professional, patient, and truly dedicated to each child’s progress. The facility is well-maintained, and the teaching methods are both fun and effective. We are extremely happy with the experience and would gladly suggest this school to other parents.

SwimKids First Swim School is truly outstanding! My children have been taking lessons here, and their progress has been incredible. Thanks to the expert instruction, my oldest is now on a swim team and thriving. The staff is exceptional—always friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. The environment is positive and supportive, making it a fantastic place for kids to build confidence and develop strong swimming skills. Highly recommend!

Ryan at front desk was very helpful to set it up and my 3 year old, really enjoyed his swimming class. I would recommend any parent who wants their child’s first swim class, this is the place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service here is that bad.I signed up for swim classes in June but had to leave for vacation unexpectedly. When I asked to cancel or postpone my classes, they flat-out refused at first. It took several calls and lots of explaining before they finally agreed I could get a refund or credit. When I called a month and a half later to use that credit for my daughter’s swim lessons, they told me the credit had already been used — even though my daughter never attended a single class and I never authorized it. On top of this, the staff have been rude and dismissive every time I call. They don’t listen, they just keep repeating what their system supposedly can or can’t do.So now I’m out the money for classes we never attended, they’re ignoring my calls, and there’s no resolution in sight. This place has terrible customer service, no empathy, and no proper way to handle cancellations or refunds. I would never recommend

Facilities are ok. Main issue is that it is hard to schedule classes. If you have plans like vacation or anything else during your course then they are no longer allowing make up classes. So it’s basically money down the drain. They should allow at least one make up class. We are considering looking another swim school or not coming due to summer plans.
