What are people saying (AI review summary)? One patron recounted a highly negative experience at a church-run community pool, where the pool was closed to the public due to supposed storms, yet employees were seen using it and taking selfies, and customers were denied bathroom access. Children, given a code by employees to an open tennis court, accidentally broke pickleball equipment. The facility then demanded an 'absolutely ridiculous' sum of nearly $4,000 for repairs, deeming the accident 'vandalism,' and lectured the parents. The reviewer, a business owner, criticized the facility's dishonest, 'grifter-like' practices and lack of insurance for accidents. Conversely, another review positively describes the same facility as a 'great family pool' with a friendly environment, offering amenities like an honor snack bar, water slide, diving well, and a swim team.

A friend invited us to this pool and I feel the need to warn others about how they do business. The pool was closed down because of supposed storms. Meanwhile the employees were in the pool and taking selfies while we sat outside watching them. They would not even allow us to use the bathroom. We waited patiently and our kids asked if they could use the tennis court. Why the tennis court was open but not the pool makes no sense. Smh. Anyway employees gave the boys the code to the courts and according to this church run community center pool, pickle ball equipment got broken. My friend who belongs to church run community and pool offered to pay for it to be repaired. That's when they asked her to pay almost FOUR GRAND. The manufacturer even said that this is absolutely ridiculous. As a business owner myself (since 2000) I want the public to know that we are or should be insured for accidents. According to church run community and pool they have video of the kids and consider an accident, a mistake to be ' vandalism '. It's not and the boys apologized to the three men who approached us women to lecture us about parentin. They have been punished at home. Newsflash ~ we were all kids at one time and I personally do not care what age you are, stuff happens but to take advantage of someone who pays a membership to your pool is dishonest and honestly more like a ' grifter ' than a responsible place of business.
Great family pool. Friendly environment. Has honor snack bar, water slide, diving well, and a swim team.
