What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this swimming facility are mixed, highlighting both positive aspects and significant concerns. On the positive side, it's noted as a good place for kids to learn to swim, often clean, and enjoyable for children on hot days. However, several negative points are consistently raised: inaccuracies in online information regarding entrance fees ($5 vs $2.50) and closing times (closing early without refunds due to low attendance). Lifeguard supervision is a common complaint, with some staff observed talking among themselves, appearing annoyed, or not actively monitoring swimmers. "Swim tests" for minor amenities like slides and diving boards are described as ridiculous and not kid-friendly, with one specific complaint about the stringent requirement of keeping one's face above water. Most concerning are reports of poor staff conduct, including confrontational lifeguards, allegations of falsely reporting threats to the police, and staff taunting patrons, leading to highly negative and distressing experiences for some visitors.

It's actually $5 to get in and not the $2.50 like it says online, so maybe change that. Besides maybe the lifeguards that were on the waterside and the one sitting down near the men's bathroom, there really wasn't much "supervision" the other 3 lifeguards were just sitting there talking with each other with the occasional "walk please" to some kids. It's clean though, both the ladies bathroom and the areas where the bleachers and benches are. I took my 2 younger daughters and they had a blast so overall a win. Especially on a hot day.
Great place to teach your kids to swim. Our daughter had very good 4 weeks this year. She can't wait next year to continue to the next level.
There are quite few lifeguards give the fact that there is not that many people swimming in this pool. Appears the guards are little annoyed with the people that actually came. Giving kids “swim tests” in order for the kids to use one little slide and one dive board. I guess the trick is you cannot have your face above the water to pass the swim test 😂. Ridiculous and not conducive to making this place kids friendly .
The website said that they were open until 6:00 I took them today and they only let them swim for 1 hour until they started shutting everything down because it wasn't enough people there without a refund or anything
Horrible experience today! A female lifeguard pulled my younger cousin off the diving board and demanded she take a swim test. My cousin (her mother) told her she needs to talk to her if she has any concerns. The lifeguard got an attitude, there were words exchanged, then the incident was over. We swam for over 2 hours with no problems. Ten minutes before closing she called the police and told them my cousin threatened her! If that were true why weren't they called immediately and why weren't we told to leave?! Then the male lifeguards sat out in the parking lot taunting my cousin and laughing about the police being called! Trying to get someone falsely arrested is disgusting behavior!
