I was having problems with a spa that two other technicians were not able to fix. Josh had an idea what the issue was while diagnosing on the phone. He came out on time, and prepared, and fixed it! I am grateful to Josh and the friend who referred me to him. So refreshing to work with someone knowledgeable and honest.
