What are people saying (AI review summary)? The aquatic facility receives mixed reviews, with many praising its cleanliness, well-kept appearance, and family-friendly amenities like a water play area and picnic pavilion. It's considered a historic site with good 'old school' public safety and customer service. Instructor Chris is repeatedly highlighted as excellent, particularly for children and those with physical limitations. However, significant concerns are raised about the high cost of daily entry ($5 for adults/children over 12, $3 for children 12 and under) and the $300 aquatic summer pass, which is deemed unaffordable for many families, especially since no scholarships are available. There was also one negative comment about a specific male diving teacher being 'extremely lazy'.

We've been using these facilities for years to teach our children to swim. Teacher Chris is a wonder and the kids really like her. I've noticed a few of the high schoolers sticking around year after year which is nice. But there is one male teacher that taught my son's diving class who came off as extremely lazy.
Too expensive $5 dollars for each adult and child over 12. $3 for kids 12 and under. $300 for an aquatic summer pass to the pool. Not possible for many families in this community. I have verified that there are no scholarships avaliable for summer pool access. That's why I give 3 stars.
Love it. For anyone who has difficulty keeping active due to physical set backs or who love water & meeting fun filled people & instructor (Chris). Should try it out. $5.00 a session. Great time to spend on a summer evening ;)
Pool looks well kept. Have not used it since its winter season, but it does look very clean, and there is also a water play area and covered picnic pavilion ss well.
Best public pool in No. Californis. Why? Because it is historic and run with "old school" public safety guidelines and customer service
