I’ve had such a positive experience with NorCal pools! Brian is knowledgeable and super responsive. I’ve had some issues come up and he has shown up immediately each time and solved the problem quickly. Would definitely recommend for anyone with a pool. Affordable and impeccable service!

Love this service! They keep my spa tip top and are always so quick to respond when I have questions. My husband died recently and it was a relief to know that my spa was maintained and in good hands. Just one thing I didn’t have to think/worry about. The service is not too costly either… great value! Love Bryan and this company!

I was having an issue with my pool pump in which it was not cleaning the pool adequately. I had just cleaned the filters 3 weeks prior but it still wasn't working as good as it should have. I called one place and they told me I would probably need a new pump. Another place said they could come out and diagnose the issue and it could result in replacing parts for my existing pump. I called Bryan at NorCal pools and he talked me through diagnosing it myself. We then continued through chat and sending pictures to him. He told me the filters that I had were not adequate to run the size pool that I have in my backyard. Bryan recommended parts that I could order to fix the problem myself, resulting in me saving money from someone coming out, diagnosing the issue, and then installing the parts themselves. I am in the process of ordering the parts now and after I install them, I have no doubt that my pool will run more efficiently and more clean. Thanks to NorCal pools, I saved several hundred dollars!

Bryan, is very knowledgeable about everything that is related to pools and spas. Also he came and fix the spa the same day I called him. The fees they charge, for their services, are very acceptable. I very recommend Bryan for your pool and spa issues.
