I am very happy with the service I have received from Prizm Elite Pool service. I love the communication that I receive and I get an email every week with the chemical readings and what was added to my pool. Could not be happier.

I’m not sure why the most recent review for this company is two years ago, but we have recently started with Prizm Elite after our prior pool service company for our rental merged with (or was sold to) them. We couldn’t be happier with the level and quality of service. Each week we are provided with a detailed report on the pool service provided, as well as pictures. Being that we live out of state, this type of communication is invaluable. Derek and Avy have proven to be very reliable and seem to really value their customers.

When we switched our pool care to Prizm Elite we noticed a huge difference in the cleanliness of our pool. Our water always looks clear and our pool always looks clean and inviting. They’re always responsive to texts and fix issue’s immediately.. We also like that after the weekly service they send an email letting you know everything that was done and chemicals added, if needed. We highly recommend Prizm Elite Pools.

The pool service provided by Prizm Elite Pools has been fantastic! Pricing and service is great! After every weekly service I recieve an email with what services were provided (emptied baskets, chemicals added, etc) as well as current pool Chem levels. They arrive on time every week as scheduled. I would recommend anyone looking for pool services in Stanford Ranch to give them a try.
