We absolutely love Big Blue Swim School! Adrianna has been an incredible swim teacher for Paisley—she’s patient, encouraging, and really knows how to make learning fun. Paisley has grown so much as a swimmer, thanks to her guidance. Brennan is wonderful on the admin side, always checking on Paisley’s progress and making sure we’re on track with her goals. The front desk Riley and Sebastian staff are also so kind and welcoming every time we come in, which makes us feel right at home. I don't recall their names but please give them the paycheck bonus too! Paisley loves getting her sticker after each lesson! Highly recommend Big Blue Swim School for their fantastic, caring team!

They are amazing! The instructors are detail oriented and correct the students while also praising. The staff is phenomenal they are always kind, accommodating, and encouraging. They take into consideration your needs. There are no weird registration fees or makeup fees. Easy to reschedule based on your needs. The app is easy to use. I wish there was a direct line to the center vs a call center but they have a local number to text. We love Nick, Carlos, Sebastian, Brennan, Brittany, Marion. The facilities are clean, new, spacious changing stations, super easy parking lot. 10/10 recommend. We have been coming since our son was 3 and he is now 6. He is so strong, resilient, and focused. He has gained confidence understands how to earn things, continues to get better. He is an amazing summer. No fear of drowning.

This school was great to give my kiddo confidence in swimming and listening to directions in the water. The lessons were good but not exactly age appropriate for my 3 year old. They focused more on strokes and swimming technique basics compared to life saving swimming. These are group lessons as well and some teachers did well controlling the class and other times the children wouldn’t cooperate that it wasn’t efficient for learning. The teachers all taught differently and most lessons didn’t really have structure. Our favorite teacher was Abby though. Her lessons were fun but she knew how to individually correct and critique each kid that by the end of the lesson, the kiddos had visibly improved. Would recommend this facility more for children who already know how to swim and you want your kid to have better form for swimming. Would not recommend this school to life saving swimming basics.

Love! Aqua Tots is ok, but Big Blue is the best! Professional, friendly, welcoming, attentive, fun, clean, knowledgeable, etc. No complaints. The staff & management are on it! Boston is amazing! My daughter always laughs & smiles when she sees him. You can tell that he knows what he's doing & my daughter has made so much progress. Thank you very much Boston!

After a lot of research we decided to enroll both our kids, 9 & 2 at Big Blue and we are so glad we did! We had done rec center lessons previously with little progress and were looking for a better system and Big Blue is it. The small class sizes, consistent tracking, clear goals for movement between levels, and incredible instructors really set them apart. We are especially grateful for Carlos at this location, he is an amazing instructor for our toddler and an overall just positive light here!
