What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the pool are mixed. Positive aspects include its family-friendly environment with shallow depths (0-4 feet), a large slide, and ample shaded seating, making it great for kids and family reunions. One reviewer specifically noted it was not crowded, a significant plus. However, multiple negative reviews highlight issues with overcrowding, rude staff and guests, and ineffective lifeguard supervision. A consistent point of criticism is the concession stand, frequently cited for extremely long wait times (up to 45 minutes), poor food quality (cold, doughy, hard), and rude, unprofessional staff behavior, including a manager who failed to address complaints effectively.

Great pool for kids and families! I would say the majority of the pool is between 0-4 feet deep, with lots of things to play on for kids. My nieces and I loved the big slide outside, they went down more times than I can count. There are lots of picnic tables, shaded areas and chairs available for using - we got a spot under a giant umbrella that we loved. The best thing, in my opinion, is that it's not super crowded. We love the Kearns pool too but it's always SO packed and it feels like you're swimming on top of people, but that isn't the experience I had here. I would recommend this pool and we will be back again over and over!!
I hate this pool. It is so over packed and people are so incredibly rude. Staff and guest. I feel so bad for the lifeguards they are more baby sitters then anything but so many kids get away with being naughty. The concession stand staff a rude and act like they would rather be sitting around talking then their job. When you walk up to order the girl there gets annoyed if you go to the wrong window and will rudely tell you other side. The menu is not right in front of the window and easily missed. So if you ask a question if they sell energy drinks they look at you like you're an idiot.
Took my family to the pool today ans it was horrible service waited 45 mins to receive 3 corn dogs the outside was hard and still doughy and the hotdogs itself was cold still and a hard pretzel. The girls who was working had attitude and rude to everyone. One girl with glasses in between eating and drink her drink with the gloves on to get peoples food. I asked to speak to manager who's name qas Davie I told him they need help the way the food was coming out for him to literally look in my eyes and say or do nothing then the girl in kitchen with glasses cooking food said its just busy. Mind you I was one of the 1st ones starting the line to jave others get food before us and stated that ans she said some food takes longer than others but they all got corn dogs, nachos & pretzels just like I did. This manager was so unprofessional I was embarrassed for him he literally said not one work and let the worker talk and he walked back into the office room till a whistle was blown to go out by pool. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service. He needs to be trained on management skills.
The kids love it. It took 30 minutes for a hamburger and another 10 minutes for fries. Not a whole lot of French fries as you can see.
Huge pool! Great for family reunions. Kids enjoyed themselves and you are able to keep an eye on them while sitting in the shade.
