Neighborhood pool with 25-yard lap length, diving boards, and nearby picnic tables.
The main pool at Crestwood Pool is described as a heated outdoor pool. While a specific average temperature is not consistently published, it is maintained at a comfortable warmth to ensure an enjoyable swimming experience for visitors.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? This pool receives mixed reviews, often praised for its manageable size, making it easy to find children, and for popular features like high and low diving boards which kids love. It allows outside food and accepts Salt Lake Rec passes. While one review called it the 'cleanest in Salt Lake County,' multiple others vehemently criticize the unsanitary state of the bathrooms and changing rooms, describing them as 'gross' or 'disgusting' even at opening. The pool generally avoids severe overcrowding due to capacity limits, though this can mean waiting to get in on busy days. Staff are sometimes noted as nice and people generally kind, but there are significant complaints about poor communication and customer service, including unannounced closures that ruined events. Other minor issues include unwatered grass under shade areas and water that could be cooler.

This place was super clean outside but the bathrooms and changing area were kinda gross! not too big so actually could find your kids very quickly! They do take the new salt lake rec. passes that all the kids have. They allow food which is great! Just go right when they open because reach capacity pretty quickly. It’s kind of nice cause they don’t allow a million people in but you might find yourself waiting to get in as well if it’s a busy day:)
This outdoor pool was rated the cleanest pool in salt lake county. They have a reasonable season pass rate. There is a high and low diving board. Kids have a fantastic time.
It's nice because it's not crowded. However, just because it's old it doesn't mean it needs to be dirty. Every time I go into the bathroom or the changing room it completely grosses me out. We were the first ones there the other day and we went to change and used the bathroom. It was so disgusting! There was toilet paper on the floor around the toilets and the toilets had poop on them. It doesn't take much to clean up after each day. It definitely think you guys could do much better. It's in such a high-end neighborhood you think it would be better taken care of. It could seriously be a five-star place if it was just cleaner. Also, for whatever reason they don't water the grass under the one and only umbrella. Nothing like laying a blanket down in dirt and goat heads. Just disappointing.
The staff were nice and the people were for the most part great to be honest I was surprised that by the location that most the people were surprisingly kind my son wanted to go because of the diving boards and we honestly had a freaking blast. One of the young men on our party had mentioned that the water could've been a little cooler the place was not that busy for a Saturday. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
Reserved the pool for 2 hours. I hour before our reservation I called the pool to make sure everything was good. They closed the pool that evening. No phone call to inform us of the closure, had 50 people show up at the pool..No phone call the next day to explain. Contacted the pool manager 2 days later and he acted like it was no big deal. Ruined our pool party. Save your money and go some place else. Poor communication and customer service.
