What are people saying (AI review summary)? SwimKids receives overwhelmingly positive feedback, particularly for its one-on-one focused work, clear milestones, and consistent instructors who foster rapid progress in children. Many parents highlight significant improvements in water safety, confidence, and swimming skills, even for children previously fearful of water or lacking technique from other programs. Specific instructors like Aubrie M., Mia V., and Sydney are praised for their patience, encouragement, and effective teaching methods. The program is seen as worth the cost due to its effective teaching approach, despite some noting it can be expensive. While one review mentions a desire for a swimsuit spinner, they do provide towels. A less enthusiastic review acknowledges that their child is learning but finds the program average, noting potentially better organization, high cost, and an unbalanced cancellation policy where parents are penalized for late cancellations but the school is not. Overall, SwimKids is highly recommended for its impactful lessons and dedicated instructors.

Was at Goldfish Swim school then took my 4 year old here. She gets one-on-one focused work and is in the water the entire time. SwimKids has clear milestones, consistent instructor and now my daughter has progressed from level 3 to 7 in a few short months! They could benefit from having a swimsuit spinner but unlike other swim gyms, they do have towels in the case you forget.
My ONE goal in signing my 6 year old up for lessons was for safety. I would've considered it a success if he was able to save himself in an emergency situation. We have gotten that peace of mind and SO MUCH more! He now looks forward to going to the pool and practicing his skills. He isn't deathly afraid of water now and he's excited to keep building upon his skills and progressing. I'm SO amazed and so happy for the positive changes in and around water. Aubrie M. is a miracle worker and we're so thankful for her patience and encouragement!!
I’ve put both my daughters through Swim Kids at various ages. My almost 9 year-old wanted to go back to learn the strokes after feeling out of place on another team where they focused on competing but didn’t teach much technique. Mia V was so positive and really supported her progress, giving her all the confidence and skill she was lacking. Thank you!
SwimKids Holliday I want to give Sydney a shout out! She is one of the best swim instructors at Swimkids holiday location. I’m hoping she’ll be around for more years !!! I’ve been bringing Kids to Swimmkids in holiday for 12 years. I’ve seen a lot of teachers and the way they teach. She has patience, She’s gentle and the kids have confidence and trust her. The kids smile with her. She encourages them and tells them how well they’re doing. She also communicates with the parents. SwimKids is not playtime, but it is fun for the kids. I can’t recommend SwimKids enough or Sydney!!! The method that they teach by, is worth every penny. I started all my kids at around four months old. I have recommended several other family and friends to they have all done the swim lessons and returned several times.
We have had our daughter enrolled in swim kids for a couple of months now. I'm fairly indifferent to the program. They schedule multiple 15 minute sessions per week for your child. The thought process is shorter lessons help keep the child focused and makes the best use of time which I agree with. However, the lessons are somewhat expensive and I think they could be better organized. You are penalized by paying for your session if you don't cancel within 24 hours. However, if they cancel your lesson within 24 hours there is no penalty. With our new instructor, we've been to four lessons and she has worked with our daughter once (you are assigned the same instructor for every session). All in all, our daughter is learning how to swim but this place is average just like this review.
