This year, we chose New Braunfels Toobs for our tubing outing. I was very pleased. The customer service representative, Frances, provided outstanding assistance, communicating clearly and responding quickly to my messages. She also obtained a good deal for us. Kim at the front desk and the driver (whose name I regretfully forgot) were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional during our visit. The office and shuttle bus were very clean and nicely maintained. We will definitely use their services again next year and highly recommend them. ❤️👏💯🎉👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was the BEST tubing experience! The staff was super friendly and made everything easy from start to finish. The tubes were comfortable, the shuttle was quick, and the whole process was stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great tubing spot in New Braunfels!

I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Support your family owned businesses. The customer service was amazing and so helpful. We signed all our paperwork online so everything was super quick. There is street parking and a parking lot so easy to find. They offer refreshments for purchase as well as some essentials like phone pouches and dry bags. We had such a good time with NB Toobs that we are return 2 days later to tube again!

We had the BEST experience this Labor Day Weekend with NB Toobs!! They were friendly, had a great atmosphere, and set the mood for a really awesome day. Fast shuttle that was ready for us as we got off the water. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!
