I absolutely love being a member at Forma Gym! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome and supported. The equipment is top-notch and always well maintained, and the variety of classes keeps workouts fun and challenging. The trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely care about your progress—they go the extra mile to help you reach your goals. The community here is friendly, motivating, and it feels like everyone’s cheering each other on. On top of that, the gym is spotless, and the amenities (like the pool and hot tub) make it a place I actually look forward to coming to every day. Joining Forma has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and well-being!
Love this gym. Higher than average price but it's very clean all the time. People are often very nice, clean the benches, and put back all the weights in the right spot. Not too crowded during traffic hour. Good classes as well. Best part for me is that they have a masters swim team, no additional cost.
Great neighborhood gym that offers a lot for your money. We are new to the gym but we can tell everyone gets along which is great. As of right now, we are very satisfied with the gym.towels always stacked and cleaning supplies for you to use before and after your workout.
Love the gym..all the necessary equipment are there.. The only reason why I gave 4 is that unless you sign up with a personal coach, the coaches really don't help. One coach emailed me for a complementary session, as I am new to the club, but zero follow up with time and date....thus, we just have to observe others and do it yourself. The temperature is high...so gets obviously hot after 15 to 20 minutes of exercising. However, the ambiance and the environment is good.
Normie globe gym with nice options for equipment. Zero privacy in men’s locker room or shower. The space doesn’t feel welcoming to queer people, staff and clientele are mostly cis and straight-presenting folks. Feels lonely, though some classes form social groups esp swim team and water aerobics. I’ve never met a single other gay person here even though everyone has been polite and respectful.
