The Morgan Hill Aquatic Center is generally highly praised as a fantastic destination for families and fitness enthusiasts, offering well-maintained and clean pools with a variety of activities including recreational swimming, water slides, a splash zone, lap pool, and a diving board. Reviewers noted it's suitable for all ages, with kids ranging from 2-14 years enjoying it. Amenities include plenty of lawn chairs and sturdy, well-equipped cabanas for rent ($50). Staff are described as friendly and attentive. However, some common concerns include long lines at opening (suggesting arrival around 1:30 PM to avoid them), limited shaded areas, and restricted operating hours (e.g., 1 PM - 4 PM), with calls for extension. We had great fun today (June 2025) here. We went in the pool, on both the big slides, and on the diving board. We arrived at 12:50, and the pools opened to the public at 1pm. The line outside was long, and took until 1:20pm until we got in. Not great, but much faster than I expected. You'd probably be able to walk in without a line around 1:30pm.
Great family swimming pool. My kids range from 2y-14y, everyone enjoys it here. There are lots of lawn chairs available. Members have 30 min. early access. Shaded places are limited.
Morgan Hill Aquatic Center is a fantastic destination for families and fitness enthusiasts. The facility is well-maintained, with clean pools and a variety of activities for all ages. My family loved the recreational swimming area, which featured fun water slides and a splash zone for kids. The lap pool and fitness center were great for those looking to stay active, while the shaded seating areas provided a comfortable spot to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Whether you’re looking to cool off on a hot day or improve your swimming skills, Morgan Hill Aquatic Center is a wonderful place to visit.
Pool is always well kept, this time though it was very murky looking the first 2 days of competition and had a heavy smell of chlorine. Maybe a little too much shock used this time, lots of kids complaining that it made the pool heavy to swim in or made them sick if they got water I their mouth.
I gave a 4 start only because they open late and close so early 1pm - 4pm. Hours definitely need to be extended. Also added pics of the $50 cabanas. I couldn't find what they looked like before reserving. Very sturdy, closable on all sides, 2 chairs and 2 loungers. Lots of room. I thought a 10x10 was gonna be super small. Located between the dive pool and slides. Didn't try any of the food. Kids had a blast. Will be back.
