This is a fairly new gym and is maintained and cleaned well. What’s great about this gym is there are plenty of equipments to work out with. I have a very specific work out routine so I use only a fraction of the equipments. What’s also great when coming in for my morning work out is being greeted with a smile. Kate at the front desk greets me by my first name. That’s nice!
I had an exceptional experience at the gym thanks to the amazing Raul. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to show me around, carefully demonstrating all the different equipment and explaining how each piece works. Their thorough explanations made me feel confident about using everything safely and effectively. What really stood out was their enthusiasm for helping members succeed—he even went over the various classes available and provided guidance on which ones might suit my fitness goals. The personalized attention and genuine care made my first visit so much more enjoyable and motivating. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a friendly environment with knowledgeable staff who truly prioritize their members' experience.
I visited this gym on a trial pass as I just moved to the area and was “shopping around” to find my next gym. Luckily they offer a 3-day trial pass so I was able to give it a free try. The parking situation is definitely not great. We came at 1230 which is generally a great time to hit a gym crowd-wise. This place was busy and this is their not busy time, I have zero interest in experiencing it during rush hour. They have a nice selection of equipment and space and it seems to be up-kept good. The lady at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and made the pass process a breeze. The gym was pretty dirty and locker room included. Dirty band-aid on the floor, food and hairs all over the aerobic room. Water sinks were nasty and water faucets were disgusting. Clearly people dig it, but it’s not for me. I gave two stars for the lady working, the guest pass process, and equipment selection in the gym.
Extremely full that you have to wait to be able to use say a treadmill or a gym equipment. The 1 star is particularly about the lack of cleanliness. The restroom has moldy floors in the toilet cubicles and under the hand dryer. They need to hire cleaners who would clean up the toilets throughout the day since with the amount of users, you cannot possibly have just a one-a-day cleaning but also those molds have been there for months so apparently their cleaners don't scrub and clean the floor enough to remove them. All cubicles look like this photo.
I’ve been going to this 24-hour gym in Santa Clara for about a year now (on and off, since I also have access to a gym at work), and for the price, I couldn’t be happier. The equipment is solid, the location is convenient, and the staff has always been great. Overall, it’s a really good gym, sometimes needs more cleaning, but it’s well-maintained, and easy to get in a good workout. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable and affordable gym in the area.
