What are people saying (AI review summary)? The lazy river generally receives mixed to positive reviews, praised for its large size, relaxing pace, and features like a beautiful waterfall entry and 2.5-foot deep water. Lifeguards are noted for being present and attentive, and the experience is often described as enjoyable for all ages. However, significant downsides include severe overcrowding, especially on weekends or during summer, due to a lack of limits on the number of people or tubes, leading to constant bumping. There are also frequent complaints about rowdy children not being controlled by lifeguards and a high percentage of deflated tubes, making it hard to find a well-inflated one. While some found it relaxing on weekdays, many feel that better management, particularly regarding crowd control and tube maintenance, would greatly improve the overall experience.

I love the beautiful waterfall where you get into the lazy river and I liked that you go through the whole river and not have to dodge any water shooting at you. That's where the love ends. I love lazy rivers and I really liked this one except they don't limit the amount of people or tubes in the river. It wasn't as fun always bumping into someone or being surrounded by tubes. The lifeguards also do nothing to control rowdy kids that are running around the lazy river like lunatics and unfortunately there are a lot of hell kids here for some reason. Also I was really really annoyed about how hard it was to find a well inflated tube. Easily 70% of the tubes needed more air. A bit better management would make this one of my favorite lazy rivers.
Awesome lazy river! It's huge! Good place to relax after climbing all those stairs to go on the water slides! It's very slow paced but isn't that the whole point? We went on a weekday and it was not overcrowded at all! Water is 2.5 ft deep so you can stand up and walk/swim/push your tube further along at any point in time but it's most relaxing to just float! Lifeguards have an eye on everyone at checkpoint throughout the entire route!
Had a great time. The tubes are not designed for big people, though. That's okay. The lifeguards didn't hassle me for floating without one.
With all the Hussle and bussle of family vacations, who doesn't love a lazy river? Rode around it a few, enjoyable for all ages, safe, lifeguards within sight the entire trip.
Way too crowded during the summer. They need to limit the number of people in it. You can't enjoy it with all the people in it and the kids pushing through the floats and splashing.
