I would NEVER recommend British Swim School based on my experience. My child, who has special needs, was enrolled in a specific class with an instructor only available at a certain time. When we couldn’t attend a class, I was still charged and advised to make up the lesson later. However, there was no availability to reschedule. After explaining this to them and asking for a refund, I was informed they wouldn’t provide one. So I requested they reschedule the lessons I had already paid for, but was told there were no available options. I called three times seeking to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, but was denied each time and completely refused to provide me with any manager information. Eventually, I was contacted by someone claiming to be the "Director of British Swim School," but when I asked for her name, she declined to share it. She informed me that my child was banned from further lessons, and that no refund or makeup lessons would be offered. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication in this situation, and I suggest considering other swim schools that may better meet your needs.

My child has gone to swim class for about 2 months now and has definitely gained confidence in the water. I really appreciate the instructors working with the younger students and supporting the parents. We really enjoy coming to class and interacting with the other families!

My son has been here for a few months now and appears to be further along than where we were at his previous swim school. We relocated from another state and British Swim school instructors have been warm and welcoming. Also there schedule of classes is immense and fits our schedules, no problems there and I would recommend this school over and over.

The J is a fantastic environment, and the Instructors Tyler and Jaxon are both amazing! If they can teach me to swim - they can teach anyone!
