I joined here yesterday and had my first workout today. Very nice, clean and equipped gym. I think I am really going to enjoy it. My only negative thoughts, it's very hard to find, and only one way in and out, through construction.

We recently joined this YMCA and were immediately impressed with how helpful & friendly the staff are every time. We have tried the Silver Sneakers class and were happy to see that the equipment needed for the class is supplied. There is also an excellent orientation tour with a personal trainer that you can also purchase many different packages with to help you get started with an individually designed fitness program.

Doing Labs was relaxing and wonderful. I enjoyed the seated elliptical. They have a seated stepper and of course bicycles and treadmills. All kinds of weightlifting. They have TRX which I use.

The basketball coach we had admitted to never coaching before or having even played on any type of team. My child learned nothing. The gym equipment is old and very limited. We decided to cancel our membership, but we are still being charged each month for almost 6 months, even though we have documentation stating we would no longer be charged. I have tried emailing several times (as told), but to no avail. Extremely disappointed in this facility.

Great place to get your daily exercise and motivation! Very clean and friendly. A good variety of classes to chose from and great helpful instructors. Nice clean gym with a good selection of exercise equipment, too! Pool always looks very clean and inviting.
