A nice place with a toddler friendly area. Of course it's a public place, but the teenagers run rampant and have foul mouths. It would be nice if that could be monitored and addressed as this is a family place. Overall, my daughter had a great time and we made some memories. Everything was very affordable.
Great community recreation facility. Swimming, Tennis, Hand Ball and Badminton courts. Three pools for different ages and programs for swimming. Silver Sneakers programs for Seniors.
Marty Betts' Isshinryu Karate Class is outstanding! Sensei Marty, Sensei Mary, Sensei Aaron & Senpai Casen are helpful and dedicated to all of the students. I highly recommend karate classes at New Port Richey Rec Center!
Always a friendly greeting upon my arrival. Ladies locker room is always clean. Lifeguards are on their j-o-b...and very helpful & professional. Overall it's a great facility & om looking forward to an upcoming yoga class
Me and my friend decided to come here because we thought it would be fun. We are both under 18. The normal pool started to get crowded so we went to the one with called over a different lifeguard, she was a woman and brownish blonde. She told me and my friend that if we weren’t 18, we would have to get out. I have been to that exact pool before with my school and kids even younger and we never had a problem.
