Pool complex offering swim classes and open-swim time, along with a lazy river and an exercise channel.
The indoor recreational pool is maintained at a temperature of 86-88 degrees Fahrenheit, while the outdoor therapeutic pool is kept warmer, at 90-92 degrees Fahrenheit.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool receives mostly positive feedback, with patrons frequently praising its cleanliness, the attentiveness and friendliness of the lifeguards, and the well-maintained locker rooms offering privacy. It's highlighted as a great free resource for exercise, especially popular for its warm therapeutic pool and adaptive equipment (like pool noodles), which are beneficial for individuals with arthritis or movement issues. While many enjoy year-round access, some note that the covered area can get quite cold. Saturdays are often busy, so weekday visits or prior reservations for therapy are suggested for a quieter experience. However, there was a significant negative incident reported by a disabled patron who was denied entry with registered service animals, despite having paperwork, leading to a complaint about deplorable service.

I am a disabled woman and they would not allow my registered service animals, they did not even look at my paperwork. I have CPTSD and an autoimmune condition, my cats actively serve my needs such as medication reminders and anxiety relief. I have them in a pet stroller and have included photos of my stroller. I have taken them to two other pools with no issues as well as grocery stores, libraries, and the zoo. Absolutely deplorable service.
We love coming year-round. The shower and locker room area is plentiful and always well kept and has plenty of privacy and restrooms. I will say that because it's covered, it does tend to get quite cold, so be very prepared for that. The lifeguards are always friendly and doing the job as it should be, no slacking, and take it seriously. Thank you for that. Great job, guys.
I love there pool it is amazing and the water is clean and there are a lot of life guards
An adaptive warm water pool for exercising your body. If you have arthritis or any movement problems, water therapy is especially good.
I just started going to this pool. It’s free for all, seniors and families. I enjoy the lazy pool and especially the warm therapeutic pool. If you want a good place to exercise thats free this is your place. I like the fact they have pool noodles and therapeutic equipment for use. Saturdays can be busy so if you like less crowds weekdays are better just make your reservations for the therapy beforehand.
